Phobias - Ayurvedic Herbal Treatment

A phobia is an overwhelming and irrational fear of an object or situation with little real threat. A phobia is a chronic disease that intense physical and psychological symptoms and can cause a person's ability to function normally at work or in social settings affect. Phobias can be divided into specific phobias, social phobia and fear of open spaces, known as agoraphobia. Specific phobias are divided into a fear of enclosed spaces(Claustrophobia), fear of animals (zoophobia), vertigo (vertigo), fear of flying (pterygophobia), fear of water (hydrophobia) and fear of surgery, injections, tunnels, bridges, genetics, neurotransmitter dysfunction in the brains, and traumatic experiences seem to influence the development of phobias.

All phobias can be treated very well to cognitive behavioral therapies. In addition, medications are necessary for social phobia and agoraphobia. AyurvedicDrugs may be used to treat depression, anxiety, heart palpitations and high blood pressure treatment. Medications such as Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi), Shankhpushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) Khurasani eggs (Hyoscyamus niger) and Jayphal (Myristica fragrans) is used for its calming effect. For the treatment of depression, drugs and Vacha (Acorus calamus), Jyotishmati (Celastrus paniculata), Laxmi Vilas Ras-and Shrung Bhasma used. Signs and symptoms of anxiety such as increased heart ratehigh blood pressure, heart and a trembling voice and limbs can be treated with drugs like Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), Mandukparni (Centella asiatica), Jatamansi, Sarpagandha (Rauwolfia serpentina), Saraswatarishta, Arjunarishta, Dashmoolarishta, Tankan (refined borax) and Arjun (Terminalia Arjuna).

Medications such as Makar-Dhwaj-Ras, Maha-Laxmi Vilas Ras, Chintamani-IVA-Bruhat, Suvarna Bhasma, Abhrak Bhasma Trivang Bhasma and are used in very small doses withmedications listed above, for a faster response and treatment out to help prevent a recurrence of symptoms. Ayurvedic Panchkarma procedures 'Shirodhara' and 'Shiro Basti "can serve as effective tranquilizers for anxiety and panic attacks reduction. Panchkarma another procedure known as" Nasya' can be used to treat depression by using strong stimulants, medicinal nose drops with Vacha , Sunthi (Zinziber officinalis) and Pippali (Piper longum).

Because phobias generally develop inan early age, it is important that parents speak openly about fears and find a positive approach to the fears and phobias and help prevent children from falling prey to these terms. If phobias are developed, a direct confrontation or recommended phase instead of avoiding the object or situation.
